I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can contact us.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please contact the shop. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

We offer a 100% refund or a replacement item shipped to your door free of charge if there is a mistake on our end. This applies to the following:
Your item is lost in transit
Your item is damaged in transit
You receive the wrong item or item description based on your order
**Note: Refunds are NOT available on Special 'Offer' promotional items - we can only offer a replacement as applicable to the above terms**
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please take care to choose the correct item (color, style, pattern, model etc.) as we cannot refund you if you make an incorrect order. If you notice that you have ordered incorrectly, please let us know ASAP (within 24 hours) and we may be able to resolve the issue.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.
Refunds (if applicable): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
When purchasing clothing, please review the sizing information prior to your purchase as standard sizing varies between countries. If you choose the wrong sized item, we cannot accept returns or apply refunds.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email us and we may offer you an in store credit equal to the value of your purchase.

WHY DIDN'T MY SHIPMENT COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship orders oversea by mail service.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 10-15 business days for shipping to the US. International shipping may take longer depending on the country.
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.
